My journey into massage therapy is deeply personal. After being involved in a traumatic car accident in 2019 with a semi-truck that ultimately resulted in a cervical fusion, I developed a profound appreciation for the healing power of therapeutic touch. My experience inspired me to pursue a career in massage therapy, and I attended Source Institute in Marianna, Florida.
In 2023, I was finally diagnosed with non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis, an inflammatory condition that has given me an even deeper understanding of what it means to live with chronic pain. Through my own experiences, I've found that massage has been an invaluable part of navigating flare-up days and everything in between. It has strengthened my passion for helping others find relief, relaxation, and a moment of peace in their own healing journeys.
As the owner of Align 30A Massage Studio, my goal is to create a welcoming space where every client feels heard, cared for, and comfortable. I believe that massage is so much more than a luxury—it's an opportunity to reconnect with your body and prioritize your well-being.
When I'm not in the studio, you'll likely find me lost in a good book, enjoying a bike ride, or tending to my ever-growing collection of indoor plants. I believe in finding joy in the little things and bringing that same sense of balance and care into every massage I give.

Hi, I’m Allie! As a lifelong local, I feel incredibly lucky to call this coastal community home. The ocean has always been a source of peace and inspiration for me, and that same sense of calm and connection is what I hope to create for every client through massage therapy. When I’m not helping others feel their best, you’ll usually find me enjoying the water or spending time with my two dogs, who are my entire world.
My journey into massage therapy is deeply personal. After being diagnosed with the autoimmune disease MOGAD, I experienced firsthand how much the body can endure and how important it is to feel supported and cared for. That experience inspired me to pursue massage therapy and deepen my understanding of the powerful connection between the body, mind, and overall well-being.
I attended Soothing Arts Healing Therapies, where I had the opportunity to learn from truly wonderful teachers. They taught me about the human body, a variety of healing techniques, and the importance of understanding each client as an individual.
I’m incredibly grateful to use what I’ve learned to help others. Whether you’re looking to relax, ease tension, reconnect with your body, or simply take time for yourself, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Signature Therapeutic Massage

Massage With Cupping
An ancient, alternative practice using suction cups on the skin to create negative pressure, aiming to improve blood flow, decrease inflammation, and alleviate pain. By drawing blood to specific areas, it helps release muscle tension, promotion relaxation, and aid in recovery. Commonly used by athletes, but perfect for the everyday need.
50 Minute: $170

Prenatal Massage
Much like a traditional therapeutic massage, but with a few pregnancy-safe modifications. A prenatal message uses light to medium pressure. Unlike traditional massage, prenatal massages are performed while you lie on your side. Pregnancy-specific props can help keep you comfortable and make sure your body is properly aligned. These include things like pillows and firm cushions (bolsters) to help keep you comfortable.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM) is a very gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the natural circulation of lymph fluid around the body. By using light pressure, it helps reduce swelling (edema), removes toxins, and encourages fluid to move toward lymph nodes to be processed.

Thai Massage
Experience the ancient tradition of Thai massage. Our trained therapists will guide your body through a series of stretches and holds, utilizing gentle compression techniques to release tension and promote relaxation. You will be fully dressed in soft loose clothing during the massage for ultimate comfort. This blend of massage and yoga offers relaxation and revitalization.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a therapeutic technique that uses smooth, heated stones placed on specific body parts or held by a therapist to relax muscles and ease tension. The heat penetrates deep into tissues, providing enhanced relaxation, improved circulation, and relief from muscle pain.

Crown & Slipper Ultimate Relaxation Massage
Our ultimate relaxation massage is the perfect indulgent treat when you are ready to slip away and allow yourself to be pampered. Select your favorite essential oil to engage the senses while your therapist applies light to medium pressure to your muscles. Hot towels are used to increase circulation and soothe the soul while we work on your face, jaw, neck, shoulders and back then spend extra time where you truly need it; at the crown (scalp) and slippers (feet).
